Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
– Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 – 6 business days.
– Shipping Time: You will receive your order from 5 – 7 business days (USA)(depends on the destination) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date when the order is placed.
We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages and shipments. Depending upon the type, quantity and weight of item(s) in your order, we may pack and ship them in multiple packages. You will not be charged for multiple packages and shipments other than the amount that appears at checkout.

I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Why has the tracking status not been updated?
Tracking information may not update immediately in some cases especially with registered airmail shipments. However, please rest assured your item is on its way.
Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
– There may be delays between the scanning events and the website’s updates.
– Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated by the shipping carrier. Therefore, please hold on for a few more days and try again later.
– The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.
– There may not be any updates available when the package is in transit between the origin and the destination country. The tracking information should pick up again once your packages reach your local country.
If your tracking status has not been updated for over 7 days, please contact us through our Customer Service email: sales@tomphamdesigns.com immediately and we will offer you further assistance.
When will I get my tracking number?
Once the order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 7 business days for your tracking information to be updated.
